VIBRANTCARE REHABILITATION PURCHASES NOVACARE REHABILITATION'S WEST
REGION
ROSEVILLE, CA – VibrantCare Rehabilitation, Inc., publicly announced
its purchase of NovaCare Rehabilitation's West region from Select
Medical Corporation. The sale, made up of 49 outpatient
rehabilitation centers, four on-site locations, two rehab provider
networks and one occupational medicine management agreement in Arizona,
California, Oregon, New Mexico and Washington, will allow for a
locally-driven health care model that adjusts and accommodates to the
unique operational and patient care needs of Western America.
VibrantCare Rehabilitation, Inc., was recently created by three of the
top Senior Management professionals in NovaCare Rehabilitation's West
region. VibrantCare will continue to provide all core physical
and occupational therapy programs in Arizona. “We created
VibrantCare because we wanted to maintain the integrity of the market,”
said David Crume, PT, President and co-founder. “We have a solid
business plan with great clinicians that will allow us to continue our
focus of growing our clinics and our lines of business.”
VibrantCare Rehabilitation consists of more than 50 patient care
centers in 5 states. Locally, VibrantCare operates 15 physical and
occupational therapy centers in Phoenix, Casa Grande and Tucson.
VibrantCare clinics specialize in a multitude of services including
hand, spine, vestibular, Spanish-speaking and employer injury
prevention and management programs.
