VIBRANTCARE REHABILITATION HOSTS SPINE COURSE FOR PHYSICAL THERAPISTS
PHOENIX, AZ – VibrantCare Rehabilitation, formerly NovaCare
Rehabilitation, recently held a two-day clinical education course
focusing on spine rehabilitation. The course entitled, “Spinal
Movement, Mobilization & Motivation,” was presented to 30
VibrantCare physical and occupational therapists from Arizona.
David Poulter, Bsc, MCSP, P.T., Dip MDT, presented an intensive and
timely course on spine evaluation and manual treatment techniques.
Poulter specializes in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries and is
specially trained in and was an international Senior Faculty Instructor
of the McKenzie Method®. Along with his previous McKenzie
training, Poulter now uses an eclectic approach to evaluation and
treatment, encompassing old ideals with new and improved
techniques. He uses an evidence-based approach to differential
diagnoses, which is very practical and can be easily implemented in the
clinical setting. The spine course, taught by Poulter, is the
second in a three part series VibrantCare therapists will attend to
learn the latest techniques and treatment protocols for treating many
musculoskeletal conditions/injuries.
“Through VibrantCare’s comprehensive spine rehabilitation series, our
clinical team is receiving cutting edge treatment techniques to help
our patients heal better and faster,” said Sandy Koski, P.T., Clinical
Operations Director in Arizona. “Our goal is to be the leader and
rehabilitation provider of choice in the Valley for spinal conditions,
and VibrantCare’s continuing education program gives us the knowledge
and tools to be the best.”
